TEXTURE- texturebank\user\Metal\metal.dds

Metal.x is fine for the mesh. Metal_D2.dds is fine for the texture. Make sure that the names of the mesh and the texture and the paths to them are correct in the fps file.

There is a law that I think applies here. "If everything is 100% correct then success is assured". Something in the fps file may be spooged. The location of the files may not be correct. The names of the files may not be exactly as you beleive them to be. There has to be something that is not right with one or more of the components. That is the only way that you would get an error and have it fail to work. All I can really say is keep checking. I'm sure that you will find the culprit sonner or later.
