Hey guys,

Does anyone know when the final release of the new DGDK update will be? The Beta's been out for months now, and it seems that further updates have ceased.

Thanks,
Laz

Hi Dr Laz,

I think current release (120307) is the final one by now. TGC removed the beta label for it, since Mike Johnson fixed all the bugs that we could find.

(P.D.: Sorry if some of your post weren't answered, it was because of your newbie status that didn't move the threads up in the list when you post.)

Thanks Morcilla,

Before I download this again on my dialup, has a MSVC7.1 project file been added to this? Last I looked, only a MSVC8 project file existed.

Thanks again,
Laz

Project file? If you are meaning the libs files, I'm afraid that VS2003 support was drop out in February or so.
Now only VS2005 is supported, that is, only VS8 libraries are supplied with the lastest DGDK version.

If its your hobby, i would suggest getting the Visual Studio Express alternative, which is free.

120307 = last and only update?
When will the next version be released with all the physics changes?
Will there be a new release this year?
Or is the product pretty much done and never to be updated again?

Zumwalt I don't believe you'll get it soon, because TGC are focused on FPS X10

Here's looking for new commands not missing ones, e.g setlimbalpha etc... for bugs see the bug section in the forum (it would take a long time to explain)!

Confused, so , the march release of DGDK being the latest, but DBPRO has been updated many times sense then, so DGDK can't be at the same level as DBPRO.
It looks to me that there are more feathers in DBPRO vs DGDK and DGDK.Net is being updated constantly (or to atleast fix other issues with it) *scratches head*

So no I don't see DGDK or DGDK.Net being = to latest DBPRO.
DBPRO > DGDK > DGDK.Net
I own all 3.. and many of the plugins for DBPRO.

Quote: "DGDK > DGDK.Net"

im pretty sure its
DBPRO > (DGDK = DGDK.NET)

unless there was a recent dgdk update that Apex missed somehow.
