i make an fpsc game that works on my computerx2 and wont work on laptop which has same direct x as the others nearly exact same specs as pc's but no fpsc installed

what version fpsc do you have and what setting did you export with?

What graphics card does your laptop have? At a guess I would say that your problem lies there... Laptop graphics cards are notoriously bad.
