The Models and textures are compatile with both I believe but you would need to make it FPSC Ready and would have to animate it yourself. Nice project if you have the time.

If I knew how I would start with making arms and animating the weapons. Then focus with buildings and such later.

Well for modeling arms and animating you can use Milkshape 3D, it's a cheap very neat little program. After that then google Weapon Creator for FPSC. Find the one that's called weapon creator. It's 25 dollars. For making buildings FPSC ready download a entity editor from the TGC site
(FPSC Site). Hope that helps

If the models are already animated, you wouldn't have to reanimate them. You would just need to make a custom .fpe for it.
