Running:
1x GeForce 8800GTS 320MB
AMD Dual Core 4800+ 2.5 GHz Processor
2 GB of DDRII Ram
Windows Vista Buisness

I just got this and whenever I tell it to render a level half the time the entire level is invisible or parts of a level are not rendering fully!
I have tried running it in Compadibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 2 and than disabling it but still the problem continues. Is there anything I can do?

FPSC wasn't designed to run under Windows Vista

Either setup your PC for dual booting so you can choose between XP and Vista and run the software under XP

Or

Wait for FPSC X10 to come out as your spec is perfect for it. Depends on whether you can wait for X10 to arrive before you start developing or not.

Wow I have had so many problems under Vista I'm thinking of just installing XP than waiting for X10 FPS to come out

Maybe Vista lies, cause vista was the biggest mistake to release ever!

The website doesn't mention Vista, and either does my box. Could you post a picture of the box that includes Vista?

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

Read My guide all the fixes to make it run on Vista are there! most of them work and run like a charm!

EDIT: To run it for windows XP compatibility you need to make it compatibility for XP in all the .EXE's

QUOTE the word designed. Doesn't mean it wont work it just wasn't designed for vista, and thats a fact cause when it came out vista didn't exist, unless an update that I was Unaware of changed this (how new is 1.6?)
