Hi I'm trying to simulate the lens flare effect in dbp, but the images that I've got aren't good enough...does anyone knows how to create each "circle"...see below my current set!

He means that he wants the circles from the light to show. Not just a light covering the planet.

Oh yeah that's not too hard, you just need to make a couple of ever decreasing circles and texture them onto plains (in dbp just use transparency) then you need to offset them from the centre of the screen depending on the screen position of your light source They need to string out so apply different scaling factors (*) to each ring. The rings should oppose the light source on the screen. Making a few of the rings filled white has a good effect.
