First thing you need are the 3d model and the texture. Model must be in .X format and the texture can be DDS, Targa, JPEG or whatever...
Next, you should download EntityMaker (or another whose name I forgot
) from the FPSC site (fpscreator.com). There you have got some video tutorials included.
Now place your model and texture in your entitybak/user folder. Start the MakeEntitiesFromXFiles application (EntityMaker) and, if nothing is wrong with youur media, you can now enter the model information there. The program isn't very difficult.
When you're finished, your model has got an FPE file and a small BMP image. Now it is FPSC-ready...
