Hey all,

Does Anyone know if theres any free software that exports .3ds files besides Blender, i'm not really liking Blender so i wish to try something different.

dont know if Metasequoia dus, last time i checked it the manual was in japanese

learn blender, you will never regret it.

Fairly sure Metasequoia does not(last version i looked at 2.3).
Yes Anim8or does export object to 3ds so do a few others i can think of-
Wings.
OpenFx.
PPmodeler(now albatros i think).

Metaseq exports .x though, and .xs can soon be 3DSs with lith unwrap.
