Thanks. I wanted to show people tech. demo version of my landscape editor, but in that case program will work only about 10 seconds

Again wainting of new patch ... bugs, bugs and again bugs ... I don't want wait buggy patches anymore! I'll wait for new version of Blitz which, in my opinion, will simply "kill" this stupid and buggy (but best at this time) DarkBASIC Pro!

And please don't turn this topic into argument beetwen DBPro and Blitz coders. I'd like this message to be last.

Stop moaning and email

[email protected]

with the source code.

People can moan like there is no tommorrow, but unless you email Lee, it won't get fixed. If you do, there is a good chance that it will.

I'm sure it will be fixed without me (however, I'll email Lee ). But how long should I wait? A month, two?

Well if you are waiting for BlitzMax, then you are going to have to wait a long time at the earliest one year. Thats at the earliest and most conservative time-frame.

Your bug will be fixed way before BlitzMax comes out. Just keep finding bugs and emailing them to [email protected] and everyone can move forward.

Yeah... I agree with what Bltz2dbpro said, whenever we find bugs, pls report to Lee. In this way, we can speed up the debugging process, and together we will make DBpro better and better.

"I'm sure it will be fixed without me..."
I don't really agree with this. Some bugs are hard to find, or it is not so obvious. So, if all of us report whatever bugs that we found, it will make DBpro bugs free in no time. Rather than just think, "Hmmm... I am sure someone will find this bugs and report to Lee." Besides, it doesn't hurt if we report the same bugs twice, right? [b])

I found this bug too, it's evident in my 'screen-oriented textures!' 20 line program. Plus it eats up resources while the framerate drops from 60 to about 0.

Admiral, it's a bug which has the effect of making an object disappear if you mess with a memblock and change the mesh too often. I think.

And when you send bugs - always include source - half the bugs people always experience are sporadic or sometimes depend on the way the model or something else was made.
