This seems to happen to me more than ever lately and should really be fixed in the standard FPSC, but I was wondering if they are looking at annoying errors like this or are too time consumed with flashy effects and graphics?

Never happened to mae apart from when theres too many downward collisions going on. That'd be your fault thoughm, not the game engine's.

Your signature has been stolen. If you ever want to see it again, come to the cemetery and bring £500,000, oh, and can you get us some cake?

If this is indeed in FPS Creator X10 the beta testers would of found this out by now.. (You see all the custom media, and regular media in videos).

And if they did find it, I am sure they would notify Lee who would then test it and fix it. As they want this version to be very stable.

It's strange that this hasn't happened to some of you, as I get this problem quite often. It's not just in my levels, but also in quite a few demo' games too. Though the getting stuck in the floor seems to happen more than the falling through.

You don't really get stuck in the floor, you just get stuck because the polygon collisions on objects are forcing you into the same place, and the physics engine can't handle it. This happens in countless games across every platform in existence, not just FPSC.

It is usually because the collision system. Think of it like this: In FPSC, you have a sphere around you. If this intercepts things, it is re-positioned. If it is repositioned or moved too far it can skip through things. If it was a spherical raycast or used constant collision detection this shouldn't be a problem...

That sounds about right Airslide, because it isn't just polygon collisions on objects, as it's happened when I've had nothing but floor.
As for the falling through thing, obviously there is a problem with the MP2 toilets, but one of the WW2 desks has problems too, I think it's TableA. There has been others, but without playing all the demo' games again, I can't remember which models they are.
