I try and install the update I can only get to the
Name / Product code area
Then it wont go past that.
I've reinstalled FPS and same thing..

PLEASE HELP!!!

You are both being very vague but I presume you mean where it asks for your details and you enter your name and serial number and the next button is still grey. Apparently there is a bug with the installer and if you enter you name and you serial numbe carfully (case sensitive) then still with the cursor in the srial box press space bar until the next button is no longer greyed. Other people reported that fixed the problem
