First thing to fix is:

POSITION CAMERA ObjPosX#,50.0,ObjPosZ-40

to:
POSITION CAMERA ObjPosX#,50.0,ObjPosZ#-40

Dang I have a bad memory, forgot about this, and I posted here only yesterday!

Anyway, what's weird is the problem was fairly simple:

The function ChaseCam() was being called in the DO-LOOP as you know, but when I copied all the code from the function, and put it into the DO-LOOP, and then deleted the function, it worked fine!
