'ello,

I was working on this model and showed it in the 3D chat board and have decided to release to you all as another freebie. I am not to happy with the textures so have decided to redo it. You all can have the model and the old textures someone here might like the textures and designs. There are 6 textures in this pack. I have a total of 5 designs with 6 textures each. If you would like the textures let me know and I will create the 64x64 .bmps and .fpe files for them and then post them here.

Enjoy!

Click Download button to get the Tomb model

Cheers,
Dave

Here is the latest model I have been working on. It's the mausoleum that is going to accompany the tomb models. So far you can walk in to the over hang. I will be opening the inside of it up soon. but there is still plenty for me to do on the outside first. C&C requested.

Dave

Thanks guys! I have decided to rework the mausoleum, I don't want that Roman style of building. I think I am gonna go with 13th or 14th century English. I might even recreate the st. Mary Magdalene leper church. This is located in Cambridge UK. It's maybe 15 minutes from my house. (No I did not select this because of any movie)

Dave

Thanks guys!

Here is the WIP texture. I have decided to texture every section on a different UVmap. (the walls on one, the roof on a separate and then all of the wood work on a third UVmap) I will probably repaint everything tomorrow.

Dave

I haven't really put much thought to selling things. I am not ruling it out but as of now all of the models that I create I try to give to the community. But who knows what the future holds.

That is not to far from reality mate. Me and a few close friends are creating a game called "From Shadows" it deals with Cambridge University or 'er the Cambridge university. We have travelled all over england for the research phase, we need to travel to france, Belgium next.....good times...!

[history lesson]
I get to do a lot of research because I live so close to it. I also found out that Cambridge University is a collective administrative body that tends to the 31 Collages that sit on the same plot of land known as "the backs" therefore creating the name sake Cambridge university... [/history lesson]

@OLEG- Thanks man, I love the look of Warhammer 40K's super industrial world, so I try to incorporate that in to my texturing. The chapel is right around 1100 poly's at the moment. I have to add roughly 60 more faces to it. and then it will be complete.

Inspire- Thanks man!

mastercheif 193- Thanks dude (How are you project models coming along?)

Please release it (free or for sell) because this would go GREAT with The Quest for Essmoshon.

You should enter it in to the model comp. So far I almost guarantee that it would come in the top 3. The only real competition it has sos far is x games' church.

Thanks man, Maybe in the future I will create a pack. I think this model may be a freebie to all of those who enter the next level design compo.

Read above mate..
