It's really up to you, check and compare the screenshots of both packs and then decide. There's couple same / very similiar models in both packs, so it's more matter of taste really.

I say go with both of the packs.
I am buying both...

Oh and you get a 20% discount if you buy them both.
So pretty good deal.

And they are both great!

I say go for both. I bought them both, Implented them in my game, and they were quite nice, the animation of reloading and stuff on some was really impressive, like the Derringer for instance. I like the giant .50 Cal Sniper Rifle its pretty knarly.

I like FPSC!!!

I'd defiantly get 10 because of the spray and pray fully automatic machine pistol, but wait 9 has a pump-action, repeating shotgun but 10 has the RPK - WOLVERINES.....thinks some more....I'd probably get 9 for the Katana sword so I could commit hara-kara later for not getting both with the 20% discount. Ok, not hara-kara, I'd probably have to prop it on a desk, close my eyes, run and impale myself on the sword.

Disclaimer: Do not really impale yourself. Both of them are equally fantastic.

I'm pretty sure my copy of 10 doesn't have a 50 cal...unless you're thinking of a 50 cal pistol (desert eagle).
