Same rules apply as in the rules thread.

Enjoy and model away! Put your brain to the test in this one!

Deadline is August 24th.

And I thought I was just being sarcastic

To uhh... clarify. you must create some sort of vehicle or contraption that is capable of alerting the compo winner, some some type of amphibious spider with a megaphone would suffice

Come on, use your creativity. What are pop-ups going to be like in 30 years? Will something jump out and scream at you from your computer. I knew it was a sarcasm, but I think it could be interesting to see what comes out of it.

Use originality, and creativity here, that is key. I think this will be the most difficult 3D competition we've had to date. So saddle up, fire up your pencils, and let the competition begin! Lots of pride to be won in this one.

This is a cool subject, think I might give it a go.

I get a bit sick of looking at Dragons, orcs, spaceships, swords and guns...

E-Mail Toilet Paper!

Where does everyone go at least once a day? That's right, the toilet!

My suggestion is simple. A toilet paper roll that's able to display information, adverts and alerts!

That's right E-Mail bog roll! Never miss an appointment, never miss an alert and read your own e-mail while wiping your backside. 100% non-biodegradable, and may cause cancer.

Simple, lets say someone won the compo and they didn't know - you got to think of creative ways to tell them that they won and then model it. Like Kenjar's email bog roll - not everyone checks their mail regularly but once in a while they need to use bog roll.

Make sense now?

I don't think its as much what you make exactly as the freedom you've got. I think its gonna be hard to get disqualified in this compo as the subject is rather open. Just make a gadget of some kind. It needs to have the ability to alert the winner. It can be just about anything, think about it.. you can make a robot that fly after the winner just to tell him he has won. You can have a computer screen with a bell on it ringing the winner. You can make a cellphone with a SMS system to alert the winner. Hey you could even have an old fashioned mail man with the sole purpose to run to the winner with a telegraph telling him or her they've won. The idea here (If I'm not completely off into space with this one) make it funny, make it witty, or just make it freaking cool! Use the imagination for once Have fun with it.
