It is not listed on the first post list ( I looked at the list before guessing) but I saw him on page 2 just now.
I can only guess once so I stick to Nov 1.

No they said it will be by nov 30th so it could be before depending how duplication goes.

Uhmmm I would off thought Higgins : November 26th 2007. was closer as mid November is half way in the month and nowhere near 31st November plus its not an exact date that you said in the rules.
