I'm not sure about the "reality" part, I would probably change it to believable because some people are not trying to achieve realism.
I'm not sure what you mean with the word "ambition" perhaps you meant ambient.

Other then a few spelling mistakes this tutorial is quite fine, it works and I hope people will use it.

@Oleg-Great tut man!

@Deathead-take it easy on his spelling, English is not his first language, and after getting to know him its one of many.

Simple but effective tutorial Oleg, nice one.

Note- maybe a good idea to explain in 'just a little' more detail.
Which type of brush?
When you say 'overlay' do you mean new transparent layer?

Stuff like that.
Please don't take offense, these are just observations.

All the best Oleg

How long did it take to do that texture, and did you start with that base texture or did you create it?

Oleg, what about linear burning ( or overlaying) the extra layers, rather than just painting them. This will retain some of the detail of the layer below.

A nice first tutorial though. Perhaps something more lengthy next time. Maybe making that texture seamless?

It's great to hear that some people find some use in it.
But I'm have to say that most people are right about that this tutorial is hard to understand.
Like Ezykeyal said i have made a lot of spelling mistakes and i really have to try my best next time .
But I'm not that guy that talk a lot and explain stuff.
Like i already said in the future i will made more of this small tutorials. And Butters give a very nice example of it.

---------------

phil17 , Thanks man , great to hear that ya like it !

Ezykeyal

TGPEG
, Huh you mean the basic texture ?

Butter fingers
