Yeah they seem low-poly enough. You just need to animate them. Edit:They are animated

It's interesting, a specific style for sure.
They seem to be very low poly but look at the animations, the ready itself has 100 frames, in total one has 4000 frames of animation which is a bit overkill I'd say.
