Hey. I know there's at least a few people out there at the moment in need of free hands.

I was going to put this in goosebox's thread, but I thought better that the whole community can see it.

Basically, Goosebox made some new weapons for FPSC and used the MP5 hand, so he can't redistribute. I felt bad for him, cuz some of the weapons are pretty cool. So I whipped this up in 10 mins!!

It's a really low poly hand/arm mesh.
No UV map...do it yourself!

The milkshape file however does include a skeleton. not rigged. if you rig to nearest bone using the joint tool, the results are quite satisfactory.

Enjoy.

no problem. You can always flip the geometry if you need a left hand, but you'll have to remake the rig.

ok, when i open it in milkshape and merge a second one, the second hand joints are attached to the first hand's 2nd joint
why is that?

because you can't merge two boned meshes, that's why I said.

open the milkshape file and import the OBJ, then flip the OBJ and create a new rig for the left hand.

Hmmm it's not bad but the wrist could use an extra row of polies as it's completely straight at the moment.
SHould be curved more inwards I think.

Because butters license did not deny, I converted to .x format and reposted.

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.
