Can I implement Normal Mapping in FPSC? I know there is support for shaders, but I am not sure if it can do normal maps.

Ok, you'll notice if you go into your entity bank for the scifi characters that each one has a file name (character name)_(number if any)_D and another that is the same with _d2 or for the normal map and specular map just (character)_N and (character)_S these are all read by fpsc if shaders are on. if shaders are off it will just read the diffuse texture. so what you would want to do is have your entity and its fpe and have your effect as effect bank\bumpbone\bumpbone.fx. Copy and paste your normal map into the entity's folder and rename it to the same as your texture with _N at the end. that should work if not then email me or post.

I already know that.

Oh and the stock media,(with shaders on)
doesnt work for me....then its all brighten up
and all the colors are messy.

I have tried every effect that was available.
I have tried some different settings like:
Dynamic, static, segment, entity.

But.....never worked.

Cheese Cake then try baking the texture with a program like xnormal.
but it could also be your graphics card.
