I am having a problem with textures in my game. The textures on everything are covered with a sort of rainbow-colored dotted (there are about 4 dots on the square) texture. You can see through it, and the real texture is on the other side. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

I guess you have two problems:

- Are you using non-square textures? The dots could be because the proportions of textures are far from square.

- If the 'real texture is on the other side' maybe you have the normals inverted in your object, (you should edit them then) or maybe you could try to change the culling mode with 'set object'.

In reality, it was just my computer. I switched to a different computer.

Actually, it seems to be DBPro patch 4.1 doing it. On the computer that it was working on, I just installed the 4.1 patch. Now it's doing it on this computer as well. Damn...

check your video card drivers for a later update perhaps.

Try running in 24/32 bit as it appears than 16bit mode is broken in patch 4.1 and loaded textures are 'downgraded'. Specially noticable on BIG objects like skyspheres.

PLEASE GET THIS FIXED!!!!!!!!!
