I recently downloaded model pack 10 but all the gun's muzzle flashes come up as white squares.

update FPSC to the latest version. If that doesn't work, then update DirectX and update your video card drivers.

muzzle flash? open the fpe in game core and see what the muzzle flash number is set to. I have had problems with this too, the number might be too high.
