Hey I was wondering, what programme do you reccomend for 3d modelling. Currently im using AC3D on a trial period. But would milkshape or another editor be more sutiable for a newb in 3D.
I was also wondering about cutscenes, which would be the best way to create them for the FPSC engine? I mean direct animating or is their a pre-created cut scene editor?

Thanks, phil.

cut scenes are normally pre rendered, witch you need blender/Maya/max or some other advanced 3d package.

milcshape is the slowest and most un efishent modeler i have ever used!

learn blender, you will never regret it.

if by pre-rendered you mean, entirely animated using your favoured modelling package then yes..otherwise it's more common now to have cut-scenes entirely in-engine rather than as a cgi video.
