I have been playing around with the 4 element staff weapons from Tyrano man. Thank you for this very unique weapon!

I am, however, having a problem. I can't get the projectiles (flak) to show their texture. I checked the paths and I am certain that everything is in the correct directory. I didn't move anything around from the way it installed and I checked with other weapons to make sure that the gunspec, flakspec and FPE files were pointing to the correct textures.

My ambient light level is set to 15 but I have plenty of static light sources to illuminate the level. Could this be the problem?

Please help, as I really would like to use these weapons in my curent game.

Yup thats the problem, FPSC doesn't use lightmaps on Flak or Vweaps. It's only lighted by the ambience. To test if this is the problem, make a test level with default ambience. If it still doesn't work, re-download. And if it still doesn't work, e-mail me.

I am thinking of remaking them, as I have got alot better at textureing sinse then, also I would be able to Uv map them better

TATBS 1.8 is now fully functional. Brilodis is having its districts extracted to Battle City. Krina and Karin are twice the size. And you’ll see 5 times as many breeds of monsters... It’s Kalspher V3.
