ASTEK, as many of the forum members here have been around for some time, and I notice that you have not, I'll try to explain this in terms that most people can understand....
Firstly, What Butters and indeed some of the other users have said is both completely true and totally honest.
Do not view their comments as Put downs or take them in ill favour due to this.
Begging, unfortunately will get you nowhere, and as stated , you're not offering anything in return for a modellers hard work in this case.
Working on the assumption that you actually win a prize for your efforts, is this prize in proportion to the multiple hours that a modeller would have to spend making this media?
No?
Slamming some of the more experienced memebers of this forum, is not the ideal way to proceed, we are around here and continue to be in order to help younger users understand the way that this community works.
In my experience, winning a level design competition or any other comp for that matter, has very little to do with the amount of models in the demo level.
If you're success is entirely dependant on two models, I would suggest reevaluating your product.
No game is hte sum total of its assets.
"I mean seriously, we might as well code a game ourselves. The AI is far to poor to sell even 2 copies of a commercial game we may have boxed and sent out."
All I can say, is that some people here are actually making games that are selling , oyu are letting your inexperience show by throwing your toys as soon as somehtign gets a bit hard.
Ask any of us around here, this takes work, lots of it.
