FPSC Classic Product Chat / How to move a decal around

I am having trouble figuring out how to move a decal a little farther up a wall. Its a custom made decal, and when I place it on the wall, its partially above and under the floor. I know that the +/- moves and up down a layer, and what the numbers 1-4 do,,but is there any way possible to move it up on the wall instead of by levels?

If I understand you correctly, then page up and page down is what you're looking for.
