FPS Creator X10 / Laptop performance with X10

I am thinking of buying a laptop with the fallowing specs:
17" Screen
Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile Processor T7700 2.4GHZ 4mb CPU
NVIDIA GeForce GO 8700 512 MB
2048 MB DDR2 SDRAM at 667Mhz 2x1024
SATA 80 GB 7200 RPM Hard Drive

It costs about 2500 US dollars and I could buy one for 2100 dollars but it has a 8600 graphics card.

How well would this do with X10?

it would run but i suggest getting one with an 8800, check newsletter 55, lee said something about it lagging out on just one room with an 8600 but working fin ewith an 8800, he saids get the best you can afford :/ apart from that it looks fine :/

You can't get a 8800 for a laptop though. I read somewhere that it could be implemented in the future.
