Just a quick follow up to the "Begining a simple character model" so heres a guide for making a dinosaur using SD I hope you find it useful.
If you have any questions or need help just post.

Note: to make SD (subdivision) permanent see image
GS Light users do not have any plugins avaiable so cannot switch SD back and forth,this is only used as an easy way of visulising the SD.GS Light users will have to subdivide shown in red and use "Undo" to revert back to box mode.

The finished Dinosaur its 1364 faces the texture is from Mayangs textures and applied very crudely ,you may use the model if you wish but please do not sell.

EDIT:
Just by looking at the model I have learnt a bit, thanks. Mirror Modelling is a new concept for me, but it looks like a great idea, also will save UV space. Thanks.

TATBS 1.8 is now fully functional. Brilodis is having its districts extracted to Battle City. Krina and Karin are twice the size. And you’ll see 5 times as many breeds of monsters... It’s Kalspher V3.

Thats a great tut too Thanks for the help Jim, but i unfortantly cant use gamespace anymore... Its gone all buggy, I re-intsalled, but i got the same thing. I don't know how to fix it.

I am running GS1.6 and TS7.51 amongst many others on Vista Home Premium succesfully,I think you should try asking Caligari support about the problem.

I think I have the instalation file (.exe) of GS light saved on my comp somewhere. I'll try and install and see how that goes.
