Okay, so one of my levels has words on the wall. Is there any tutorials on how to do decals? If its not decals then what do i use?

Make a wall tga file. OPen a painting program, write the inscription you want on the wall save as .tga, then open segment editor and make your segment. Try that

The problem is not if there isn't after-death-life. The problem is if there is no life in life!

Is there any good program that edits .tga s? I dont seem to have one...also couldnt I also just make it an entity like one of those lamps that attach to the wall?

The Gimp can open and edit tgas...it's freeware so there's no excuse not to own it!
