well I have made an arena game but when I start it up it acts like as if its just a regular sing player game, and when I press new game it says waiting to join game and just sits there, how do I get it to where I can host a match and all that. And play online with other people?

Ok, You used a player start Didn't you? Don't do that use a Player AI It will act as a player since there is no AI in multiplayer.

I'm not sure if this is it, but make sure your windows firewall and/or other firewall isn't blocking it.
