when i download the weapons and putting them into the gamecore blah blah blah and it dont work can some one help

You have to put the weapons in the entitybank folder as well. Of course you have to make them FPSC ready (if they aren't).
If you are a beginner, download the "fpsc entity maker" from the official site and watch the video tutorials attached. It's not that hard
