I am working on a rollercoaster game at the moment, and am wondering the best way to make a train model follow its track. My current idea is to attach the train to a limb on a track piece which will move, and then attach it to the next piece's limb.

Any other suggestions?

make a single edge loop going around the center of the track, and make the train folow the edeloop like a brazier curve in blender. should work fine until the track tilts, then you rilly need paths.

i haven't got a clue how to implement this tho.

learn blender, you will never regret it.
