I've searched a lot for good gaming laptops and this is the best one I could find. You can buy the laptop as low as 1800 dollars. It comes with the following specs, but you can change them:

17" WUXGA (1920x1200) Wide Screen LCD - w/ Super Clear Glossy Surface
nVIDIA® GeForce™ Go 7950 GTX PCIe 16X Graphics with 512MB DDR3 SDRAM ... (can change to 8700)
2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (T7300) Processor w/4MB L2 Cache-800MHz FSB ...
160GB 7,200 RPM SATA Hard Drive ...
2048MB (2 SODIMMs) DDR2-667 Memory ...

After I made a few upgrades, the price came up a little bit but it was cheeper then most desktops that I found.

If anyone has one of these laptops, how does it perform?

The 8700 is the lowest? I thought it was the best besides 8800's.
