I want it to hapen before the Menu.

Not a nice solution, but try this:

Put a Story Zone marker on the same point where Player Start marker is.

Then right click on Story Zone marker and add your movie path in the MediaVisual field.

EDIT: Ok, I read the post absently. I have no idea how to put the video before the menu.

Use the video script command, modify the main menu script to play the video before the create menu functions are called
