When i build a multiplayer game,share it with a friend and host it,how does my friend connect?

Sorry if it is a noob question but i've never done a multiplayer game before...

He enters your IP address once you have the game up and running on your computer. If you're using a firewall, you may have to set it for Port Forwarding and make sure he gets your "outside" IP. Check the manual for your Firewall if this is the case.

I need to know what i do after i build the game. Do i need to upload the game to a server? if so where do i upload it. this is my first time doing this.

No. Your computer is the server. You have to start the game and give your buddy your IP. If you're using a firewall, you may have to set it for Port Forwarding and make sure he gets your "outside" IP. Check the manual for your Firewall if this is the case.

I think you get another Ip with a router and wonder if that causes problem for playing MP´s
It just says "connecting player" for a very long time nd dont connect user.

Yes, my bad. Above in my posts, replace the word Firewall with the word Router. What was I drinking that day?
