I only seem to be able to make one level per game in 3d game creator? is there no way to make multiple levels for a 3d game creator game?

I think you may have posted in the wrong area dude.

<On topic> I don't know much about it, but I'm guessing you can only LOAD one level at a time. When you change areas it removes the old and loads a new level.

I'm terribly sorry, I found it in the manual today I was looking for it in the wrong area.
