It doesn't actually work. I assume he has a script that when scancodekeypressed=??? then the png that he has created pops up onto the screen giving the appearance of a flashlight.

just a hud on the screen but i find it actualy does light up the map, And seems to work but he won't let any one use it. That or hes away.
