FPSC wav files work with sound zones. However, when I link one of my own wav files to a sound zone, it will not activate during game play. When I replace a FPSC wav file with one of my own, it shows up during the building phase, but when we test the level, nothing happens when we enter the sound zone. If I change the setting back to an FPSC wav file (the original one or a different sound) it works just fine. Any help from experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Dave.

OOhhhhh. I don't know. is the wav file saved as sound.wav or sound.WAV? That's the only thing I can think of...

Where is your .wav file situated? Any .wav / .ogg files must be in "C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\audiobank" (or wherever you've installed FPSC).

Nickydude is right. I know, I had the same problem. You just have to put the .wav in that directory.

That's right. You have to put all the custom media (Sounds, Videos, Screens...) in the ...\Files\... folder.

Were the sounds made in Audacity? If so raise the Db level by 25-30.
Sounds odd but that is why I could not hear my sound files.

Uhhhhhhh.... I forgot

That should work, as long as there somewhere in the audiobank folder you should be ok.
