Ok I fed up with the low framerate I have in my games. Everytime I have 15- 26 FPS no more. I used only default segments and entites supplied with FPSCreator but the frame rate is still low.
And I have lag too.

This happens without any enemies too.

Please help me, what can be the problem?

Endless Fps Team wrote somewhere on the forums that he/she can have more than 20 enemy in a level without lag.

I wonder how can he/she do this..

I hope somebody, or maybe Endless Fps Team can help me

I think my machine is not bad: Pentium 4 3.0 GHz, 1 gig ram, Radeon X800 Pro graphic card with 256 Mb ram.

That's ok, but I got the low framerate and lag with 4 rooms and some doors and windows without enemies.

Maybe because I own a non English Windows XP?

I installed the latest FPSCreator patch, the latest DirectX updates, and the latest vidocard driver update.

But ok, I will read the tutorials, I hope they will save me.

Do you have shaders on or off? Are you useing normal or dynamic lighting? It may also be that your card is not fully recognizing the dx9 upgrade. Higins had shown me a direct x july reissue that cleared things up for me. I'll try to find it.
EDIT- I can't find the website, perhaps a few google searches will help you.

I have Full shader Effects on, and Dymaic lights unchecked.

But this low framerate issue comes in test mode too. (There is no shader effects in test mode if I know well)

Ok I will try to find this directX reissue.. what search parameters I have to use? "directx july reissue"?

Chris

It's just my opinion but shaders are a waste of effort in FPSCx9. X10 looks like its more promising for shaders. Try it woth shaders off.
