Is it possible to convert say entities from Half life to FPSC? If so what program would be best to use?

It is possible, they would most likely require some editing, but it's not allowed, unless you have a permission from the original authors, or you're not going to release your finished game to the public.

As long is it doesn't get popular it doesn't really matter! HOWEVER Legaly You Can't and I don't wanan get banned trying to tell u to be Illegal, So... DON'T DO IT!
