I discovered the cause of my model's problem after a lot of experiments. I made much of the geometry by lofting polylines and two lines crossed over, making a shape that wasn't solid.

Which is better PPI or DPI?

I have a 4800 PPI and a 600 Dpi scanners.

Which would produce better quality?
