@deca, Thanks.

Does this conjure thoughts of boredom from some of you cubicle dwellers?

Best.

I'm still working on this, but putting any length of time together is becoming more and more difficult. That and as I get nearer to completion, frame rate issues are growing worse, and working them out more difficult.

Anyway, this is a busted up walk-in cooler in the back of a nasty old restaurant. Hopefully I will have the rats finished in time.

Not sure. If you mean the door panel, there is only one door panel section on a walk-in (normally). Other than that, the rest are standard cooler panels.

Hey xplosys, do you have trouble with entities moving on your road system? If not perhaps you can drop Rosstradamus an email and help him with his Road Rage pack?

nice screen shots by the way.

Yes, I have issues with that also, and am currently trying different settings. I'll let you know what I find.

@ xplosys:

What are the problems that you are having? I'm thinking about making my own road system. Are the roads segments or entities?

Both. It's different for different characters, too. On the entities, they seem to respond correctly in everything except that they are stuck (run in place). On the segs, some don't respond at all and others move, but dont shoot or act. It's all crazy right now.

I'm thinking of wiping the program and starting again.

Looking at the pics and story reminds me of the film
Escape from New York.
Would look great if it was all dirty, and filled with fog, like its all polluted in the future and filty.

Yep really needs fog all over the place, plus posters on the walls outside, like propaganda posters.

The rats are NOT HAPPY that you have invaded their home, the nasty abandoned restaurant.

Brilliant start, xplosys!

Makes me a little mad at you for making me have to work a little harder on my game in order to have a chance at winning.

Yes, you can take that as a compliment, I don't mind.

Latest Update: Level one is nearly complete.... finally. I hope level 2 doesn't take as long. About all I have left is the AI.

Some shots from Monty's Bar & Grill, a great little place to eat.

And in the kitchen... Plenty of trash and watch out for the rats. They are hungry.

ButterCutters play out nicely when the path is not clear.
