I added the fpsc animation(the one from the website) to my model but when i get it into fpsc everything turns black(even my gun) but the animation plays fine.
I searched everywhere i could on the Internet and found nothing useful.
Almost forgot: i made it in 3ds max and used physic to attach the skin to the bone, cause the skin modifier wont work with fpsc and i exported it using panda.
Thanks in advance

ahhhhh ive been trying to figure this out for ever and i feel like im stumped. i cant get anything to be animated in fpsc without some kind of error

Delete the bin and dbo files of the model and try again. Make sure the textures are still referenced in the fpe for the model.

Turn the shaders OFF from the FPSC. And are you sure the textures in .tga-form?

That's happened to me before as well. All I can recommend is to make sure the model's associated .bin and .dbo files are deleted so that nothing remains in the folder except the .x file, the texture file and the fpe. Make sure the fpe's texture field is referencing the proper image file. If the image file is not a .dds, try re-exporting the model from 3dsMax with the .dds file already applied.

@Viktor415:hmm do your model has textre's?
I added texture's to my models and it worked like a charm.
(THX to a tgc member that told me this(Cheese Cake ))
Edit:
@Viktor415 i solved my problem but i( and i hope other members) will help you too.
So do your model has textures second did you use the skin or physic modifier?
And you can also try to compare your mode fpe file to the stock models one's.
