I have recently won lyte fx in a sci-fi compition and won your prize lyte fx and shadow blade told me to contact you to get it. Also did you get my email, i just thought i should do this because you wouldnt answer me. Thanks in advance

Butters can sometimes take a while to reply,I know from experience that his e-mail sometimes throws things into his bulk folder for some unknown reason,put something relevant into the subject box to grab his attention and you may have more success.
He may even be on holiday as someone suggested,be patient,he's not the type to let you down,just moves in 'Buttertime'.
