Dear Friends,

I have the version 1 of fps creator I had installed upgrade of 1.04 but I was not able to Install the upgrade version 1.07 What is the problem . My problem is while i am installing the installation was page was not going to next page when it go to Name and serial page . I had entered my name and correct serial number but I cant install it . Please Solve my problem??

I am sure if you look somewhere on this page (hmmm...maybe right below the box you post in) you will find this and there is a link to customer service.
Also,since these inane threads have been getting posted 3 times a week a search should have solved your problem.
