i will make any model for one person because i want to have a go at modeling and texturing and animating providing you supply the concept art ( a front view a top view and a side view) and the animation sequences you want. it will just be the model and a texture in any format you want (e.g. .obj .lwo etc)

The funny thing is, I'm trying to do exactly the same thing, except I know what I want to model(a sci-fi soldier, kind like the ones in Halo 1). However, I'll try to think of something you can model, but I'm not too bothered if someone wants this.

I do too. It would be so cool to recreate Star Wars Republic Commando(Can't Copyright) with how they get SEV out of trouble.

Orrion carn,I feel kinda sorry for you but I dont think this is gonna happen,when someone says they want to try modeling/animating it would probably mean that they have never done it before.
Modeling and animating a character of the kind you are asking is a very complex and skilled job.
Lee Stevens I dont think you meant any harm with this but I do think your ambition has way exceeded your abilities and you should come clean and admit to the guy that he wont be seeing this model.
