hi everyone. someone just told me about this and i gotta say i am psyched about this. it's just the thing to help me promote my upcoming comic (NYCPulpWriter.BlogSpot.com).

i've a few questions first. it's late here and i admit i didnt go thru everything but what can i say? im dead tired. ill do a deep read tomorrow since it'll be my day off.

- will there be animations for dual wielding revolvers?
- speaking about revolvers, will there be different types?
- aside from katanas and hands what other melee attacks are there?
- will there be bow & arrows?
- if I want to change the look of the hands, what program do I need to get?
- the same goes for characters

thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forums!

Yes, there is.
I think so.
None, yet
I think there's one round here somewhere
Paint will do, but get GIMP for better results
Characters are not my field of expertise, but ask Rolfy or Butterfingers for advice on that!

Many thanks! The comic I'm working on is set from the 1930s to mid 50s.

Here's an excerpt from my research journal:
the Red Phantom stories will be: action-adventure, occult-supernatural horror, pulp-noir, neo-noir, neo-pulp, mystery men, suit & tie heroes and super science.

Mobsters, monsters, Nazi wizards, ghosts, alien invaders, crazed otherworldly entities, ancient spirits.... The Red Phantom is going to have his hand full to say the least.

In addition to facing threats in the US, he'll have 2 adventures in which he'll aid the UK in the Magical Battle of Britain and help the Maquis against the Nazi occupiers.

I've another friend who's also writing a pulp series but instead of the Mystery Man/Weird Horror genre, he's going for the two-fisted action pot-boiler route. We've got 3-4 crossovers planned. This game program will be perfect as a promotional tool.

The retro packs (WW2 and Egytpian Deity) are full of pulpy goodness!

America in upper-mid-state NY. Pleasant little village but I'm dying of boredom. The peace & quiet is perfect for research/writing but I needs me some nightlife!

Oh, shame. There's a Warwick about 20 miles away from me, but that's in England. Dayam!
