1) Can I make my own intro screen (AKA Menu screen), if so how do I?

2) What program do I use to make an .OGG for FPSC music?

3) Can I add just one animation objects like: A Crab droid bursting through a squad of troopers and later on you face it... Like: after the animation is done the object disappear and places a crab droid enemy to face?

4) What are trigger zones? Like when you get to a specific area itr can do a variety of things that can happen like: when you get to the spot of the trigger enemies appear?

Thanks in advance,
Orrion Carn

quite easy, just use any graphics editing program and make something, then select it as the menu in build game settings.

Audacity. Google it. It's free.

I don't know if this is do-able but if it is I'be doing this

Trigger-zones can make a light go from normal to flickering. But what you said can be done, i think.

You can use paint or adobe photoshop to make a menu screen.
Crab Droid thing, well, you'd have to make a video or something, that's actually pretty complex and hard if you aren't good at that stuff.
Trigger Zones make things happen in your game using scripts, such as NPC Talking, here is an example:

You just save this script in notepad as an fpi, for example:
NPCTALKscript.fpi, and it's instantly ready for you in FPSC, you just put in a trigger zone, (next to a character in this case),
and search for NPCTALKscript.fpi in the scripts in the properties screen, and Ta-Dah, npc's can talk to you, or whatever you want to do, you just need the right script.

For music, you'd have to use a recorder or sequencer or look for some stuff online that you can use without getting in trouble with the copyright laws. Appearantly your doing a Star Wars game, you'd probably have to record some Star Wars music or play it on a piano or something and record it, because Star Wars music is probably going to be copyrighted.

I'm not sure if these are the answers you were looking for, but I hope I helped you in some way.

Credit to Benjamin Aeilkema for code snippet. He has a thread in the forums with more code snippets.

There is a code for guys spawning behind you when you walk into a trigger zone, search in the scripts board and you'll find a code snippet, I saw one somewhere, I just forgot where.

Update on the .OGG file: FANTASTIC!!! Thank's Deathead.

@ Zaibatsu, how do I import a menu screen into FPSC? And what format? .JPG, .BMP?

No, when TGC was making DBPro they forgot to include the .gif format. FPSC was created with DBPro BTW.

No. A animated clip in fpsc is .avi which will overlay your menu if you done it.

Ok,

What about when just before a mission starts (Without loading any objects in-game yet) it shows an AVI clip... Like, just before a series of missions in a chapter, before the first mission in the chapter, it shows an AVI clip showing like what happened in-between a chapter (Chapter 1 and chapter 2)?

You place a story marker with your selected video. And then place it where you start off.

Take a look at the manual. There you may find answers on your questions.

BTW: Nope. You can't make a sound stop
