Do animated PNG's exist?

I don't know...

If you want to make anything sound slightly disturbing, add the word "ladies" to the end of every sentence.

Nope.
You can only use Decals.

APNG (Animated Portable Network Graphics) is an extension to the PNG...
It is brand new - created in 2004 I think and completed an year ago.
Firefox added some kind of support on march this year, and Opera 9.5 (post alpha) a week ago. As you can see, even most of the browsers don't support it, so what do you expect from FPSC...

Btw "The PNG group" has officially rejected APNG as an official extension on April 20, 2007
