Hi, I have few questions about DP. I make a level in 3ds max and when I load it into game, dphysics is slow, because level is too big. Please how many 3D units is 1 meter ? I think , its important to make DP more real.

1 unit is 1 meter. and yes it is important to maintain the correct size if you want to achieve "normal" gravity reactions

Yeah, but when I make box in 3ds max 1m x 1m x 1m and I convert it into units, Its says, that 1 meter is 39.71 units ..

39.71 is how many inches in a meter. I don't use 3ds but I expect there is a setting that needs to be adjusted in the converter. If that is not possible then scale your model by 2.5%

Most probably your 3ds Max is setup to use US Standards, so you might try to change it to Metric. To do so, go to the Customize menu, and select Units Setup. From here select Metric, and choose Meters from the list.

Now a 1m in Max, should give you 1 unit in DBP.

Theory is when you know something, but it doesn't work. Practice is when something works, but you don't know why.
Programmers combine theory and practice: Nothing works and they don't know why.
